At Hush we believe the key to any successful relationship is to listen, a skill very often overlooked. When you first visit hush we take great care to listen to your requirements and to fully understand your specific needs before offering advise on the various aspects of your purchase.
We are proud to share our expertise with you to ensure not only do you select the correct products in terms of style, quality, function and price but also that it will fit purposely in to the desired space and surroundings of your home, taking into consideration colour palettes, floor coverings and other materials in the same space.
While we are more than happy to accommodate for very specific purchases where you may have fixed ideas and have already decided on details such as size, shape, colour and material, we are also very happy to share the burden sometime faced when making thee important decisions by offering our help and advise, making your purchase from hush a more pleasurable and refreshing experience.
Delivery with a difference
Full installation is offered with all products purchased from hush and while this is subject to a nominal charge, we believe the best way to complete your experience and pleasure of buying your new furniture is to have piece of mind that your furniture will be professionally installed (including assembly where required and removal of all packaging materials) and where necessary a full home demonstration provided on how to use your furniture in the correct manner.
Loan Furniture Service
If you are undecided between various styles of furniture we are able to remove the unnecessary pressure we sometimes put ourselves under to make an impulse decision.
Whether you are moving to a new home and need new furniture in a hurry, or you have to dispose of existing furniture before you can accommodate your new items, with our loan furniture service we can remove the pressure and allow you to take your time to chose your new furniture safe in the knowledge that you will be able to borrow a sofa or dining suite while you new items are being manufactured and delivered.
Subject to a nominal delivery charge this service is available to all new and existing hush customers.
Trial Delivery Service
During the process of selecting your furniture with hush, we encourage each potential customer to understand and check thoroughly the possible installation issues which may arise when selecting larger items such as sofas.
While our measuring guide (download option), will help you to further ensure your choice of furniture will easily fit through entrance doorways, we also understand that to avoid the disappointment of receiving your new furniture and not being able to get it into the desired room, we can do more to help.
For a nominal delivery charge (subject to location) we are able to offer a test delivery service whereby we take the same item of furniture as that being purchased from our showroom or warehouse and size test the item at your home.
Obviously we can not offer this on every piece of furniture as this is subject to having an equivalent of the item chosen in stock. If however this is not the case and you are still unable to ascertain whether the items chosen will fit, we can visit your home and carry out a site assessment to check for you.
